Trinity Frail Health Care

We are a nursing agency that will provide you with a home care giving service. Our dedicated care givers will provide this service in the comfort of our client's own home or private setting of choice.

Our main area of operations is in the greater Pretoria area, but we do have care givers available in other areas, should the need arise.

Depending on our client's needs we can provide you with either a 24/7 live in service or a day by day service.

We provide this service to people of all age groups.

The care giver responsibilities can include:

​

• Assist the client with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting (if required) and exercising.

• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding the client (if required)

• Change nappies (if required).

• Assisting with medication.

• Assisting with general housekeeping duties (if required).

• Accompany client to doctors appointments etc.

• Keeping record of vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature etc.

• Assisting with mobility as needed.

• Personal supervision and companionship.
